Through extensive research, we distilled key behaviors from open-text comments about real leaders today, and linked them to emotional intelligence competencies. • Six Seconds (BDP) Brain Discovery Profile –

“Who has the right people skills?”

Primary Use: Selection / Talent Management

The BDP is the most in-depth of the profiles, and it brings together a view of Brain Style with highest and lowest Brain Talents, and highest and lowest Outcomes. This progression forms a logical chain: EQ drives talents, talents drive outcomes.
