  • Six Seconds (BBP) Brain Brief Profile –

     

    “What’s my Brain Style?”

    Primary Use: Training/Learning

    The BBP includes three scales: Focus, Decisions, and Drive. Rather than examining behavior, the tool focuses on patterns of thinking, creating a style that underlies behavior. Individuals receive one of eight Brain Styles that each offer important strengths and weaknesses.

  • Six Seconds (BTP) Brain Talent Profile –

     

    “How do I work @ work?”

    Primary Use: Development; People Strategy

    BTP provides feedback on your strongest “talents for the future”–key competencies (fueled by emotional intelligence) needed to innovate, achieve, and thrive. Through extensive research, we distilled key behaviors from open-text comments about real leaders today, and linked them to emotional intelligence competencies. In a sense, it distills a decade of experience with emotional intelligence into 18 simple concepts. We call them Brain Apps

  • Six Seconds (BDP) Brain Discovery Profile –

     

    “Who has the right people skills?”

    Primary Use: Selection / Talent Management

    The BDP is the most in-depth of the profiles, and it brings together a view of Brain Style with highest and lowest Brain Talents, and highest and lowest Outcomes. This progression forms a logical chain: EQ drives talents, talents drive outcomes.

    Similar to the adult Brain Profiles, the Brain Brief and Brain Talent Youth Version Profiles help youth and the adults who work with them understand how their brain focuses and decides, and what drives it.

SEI Individual EQ Assessments –

The Emotional Intelligence Assessment, or SEI, is a comprehensive toolkit for gathering data that can be used to support people in developing their emotional intelligence. Multiple outputs (Reports) from various assessments for adults and kids are included in the SEI Toolkit. The SEI is a practical, scientifically validated assessment of key emotional intelligence competencies that influence decision-making, and influence (effectiveness), achievement and satisfaction (quality of life), community and network (relationships) and balance and health (well-being) and offers plan for raising performance. It has been developed by Six Seconds and is in practice since 1997.
